Do  you have what feels like a million questions or a unique pregnancy circumstance? Would you like a class specifically tailored to you? My private prenatal class will help you feel more confident and prepared for your upcoming life change.

During your session we will cover: signs of labor, pain management strategies, tips for partners, when to go to your birth facility, pain control options, vaginal birth, cesarean birth, postpartum care, newborn care, and so much more.

This typically runs 2-3 hours long and includes email support from me until your delivery. Avoid Dr. Google and get all your questions answered from a Certified Labor & Delivery Nurse!

This package includes:

  • Private prenatal class (2-3 hour session)
  • Unlimited email support until your baby arrives
  • Two postpartum visits; the first in the early postpartum period, the second around 6 weeks postpartum
  • Eight weeks of email and scheduled phone support (from the time your child is born)
  • Three eBooks
